Most Recent Flows

Vinyasa

These practices will flow from pose to pose in a seamless manner.  You will link together poses in a breath to movement pattern that feels very natural.  These practices include a gentle warm-up, guidance to a peak posture, and a cool-down ending in savasana.

Vinyasa Flows

Power

These are the most intense practices offered on Radiate.  You will flow through poses in a manner similar to vinyasa, but with the intention of building more heat.  More strengthening and cardio elements are added to these practices to encourage you to break a sweat. These practices include a shorter dynamic warm-up and a brief cool-down ending in savasana to bookend some heat-building sequences.

Power Flows

Yin/Vin

These practices are a beautiful balance between yin and vinyasa yoga.  The first half of class is dedicated to yin poses that are more gentle and held for a longer period of time.  The second half of class follows a typical vinyasa flow, where you will be moving breath to movement between postures and leading to a peak pose.

Yin/Vin Flows

Slow

These practices are very similar to vinyasa flows, but follow a slightly slower pace.  Rather than moving breath to movement, you'll be encouraged to take a few breaths in each pose and give yourself permission to move slowly.  You'll move through some warm-up postures, build to a peak pose or sequence, and then cool-down with some floor work before the practice ends with savasana.

Slow Flows

Yin

These practices focus on holding poses for a more extended period of time.  This is a relaxing form of yoga where you will hold poses at about 70% of your max for about 2-5 minutes.  Most of the poses are seated or reclined, and the practice ends with savasana.
