Power


These are the most intense practices offered on Radiate.  You will flow through poses in a manner similar to vinyasa, but with the intention of building more heat.  More strengthening and cardio elements are added to these practices to encourage you to break a sweat. These practices include a shorter dynamic warm-up and a brief cool-down ending in savasana to bookend some heat-building sequences.


Dancer (39 minutes)


This power flow has it all!  There is a bit of cardio, lots of strength training and plenty of juicy stretches along the way.  This is a pretty core focused power flow, but you also get some sneaky arm strengthening that you’ll definitely feel the next day. Each time you come back to this practice you’ll have a totally new experience.

Lunges (21 minutes)


This power flow is a low-body burner! These 20 minute practices are perfect for getting in some movement in a short amount of time.  In this flow there is a nice mix of some slower more strength-building poses and some faster paced more cardio focused postures.

Eagle (27 minutes)


Eagle is truly the ultimate power pose!  You get a full-body stretch and full-body strengthening.  There’s lots of core activation here, and (surprisingly) my shoulders were also seriously feeling the burn!

Triangle (16 minutes)


This is a good ol’ fashioned full-body power flow.  It’s super quick, but we hit the arms, the back, the core, the legs– we really hit it all.  This practice is exactly what you are looking for if you are tight on time, but want to build some strength and get your heart pumping!

Balance (45 minutes)


This power flow is a fiery one!  Use this practice to strengthen your low-body and core, and definitely build some heat.  You’ll also notice lots of little muscles we don’t use quite as often feeling the burn– this is perfect!  Exactly what we are looking for to strengthen those smaller muscles around our ankle and knee joints that can really help with injury prevention and stabilization.

Yogi Squat (21 minutes)


This power flow is quick and brings the heat!  Use this flow to get your legs fired up and work on low-body mobility– we're talking ankle and knee joint stability. Plus, these shapes can help ward off low-back pain.  All this goodness packed into just 20 minutes!

Warrior II (32 minutes)


This power flow is a classic that is sure to make its way into your consistent rotation!  Use this practice to help you help some heat and break a sweat.  We balance cardio with strength building, and end with some classic cool-down stretches that help your body to feel refreshed and restored.

Chair (12 minutes)


Looking to build strength, but short on time? THIS is the flow you will want to come back to time and time again.  This practice helps to build strength in the core and low-body by incorporating some slower, but incredibly effective power yoga moves.

Standing Splits (32 minutes)


This practice is definitely a strength-builder!  We will mix it up and start with some nice targeted core-work, then hop into the rest of the practice. Use this flow to help tone and strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quads, while still getting in plenty of lengthening stretches to help take care of the low-body.

Upper-Body (30 minutes)


This practice is designed to help build strength throughout your entire upper-body, particularly the shoulders will feel the burn!  Of course, the flow keeps everything moving at a quick pace and keeps it fun, so you don’t have to dread this workout.

LIZZO (23 minutes)


It’s about damn time!  This is our 100th flow on Radiate Practice and it will definitely get your heart pumping!  This cardio focused power flow also includes quite a bit of shoulder and core strengthening.  You are definitely going to want to come back to this one whenever you are looking for a bit of an energy boost.

Warrior Dance (21 minutes)


This power flow is full of some fan-favorite poses to really get your heart pumping!  We will use the warrior dance to help build core and lower body strength.  Plus, there are plenty of sneaky cardio moves included to ensure you break a sweat!

Sugarcane (28 minutes)


The name may be sweet, but don’t let that fool you– this power flow helps to build some serious strength!  There are lots of balancing moves which help to slow down the pace, while building strength throughout the entire core.

Half Moon (17 minutes)


This power flow was designed with maximum impact and minimum time in mind!  We are building strength in the shoulders and hips.  Both of which are incredibly important  in injury prevention.  So, if you are looking to get a sweat going, but are short on time– this is the flow for you!

Low-Impact (30 minutes)


This power flow is low-impact AND it still packs a serious punch!  It’s designed to bring less stress to your joints and has no jumping at all, but don’t let that fool you into thinking this is an easier option.  This flow has some incredible strength building elements that will give you a chance to really show off how strong your body is.  Be sure to try this one out!

Cardio (20 minutes)


This is a super short and super sweaty practice GUARANTEED to help you break a sweat!  Lots of your favorite power moves are included in this one.  It is absolutely perfect when you are short on time, but want to get your body movin'!

Revolved Crescent (30 minutes)


This spicy power flow is sure to leave you feelin’ the heat.  Use the twists to help relieve stress and strengthen your core.  You’ll also get the added bonus of building up some cardio endurance with this practice.

This is a speedy quick practice that really gets your lower-body burning!  This flow focuses on glutes and hamstrings while getting your heart pumping.  Perfect for when you are short on time (or attention span...) and want to break a sweat!

If you are looking for a booty-burning practice: this is the practice for you!  And even if it isn’t, this is still a kick-butt flow, that is absolutely guaranteed to get your blood pumping!

Core (28 minutes)


 This highly-requested practice is sure to get your entire core fired up!  This flow incorporates poses throughout to target all areas of the core.  And while the focus is the core, you will definitely get your whole body moving and heart pumping by the end of your practice.

Warrior III (35 minutes)


Fire up your lower body with this power flow!  This practice incorporates some familiar poses and sequences, but in new and challenging ways.  This will be a flow you'll want to come back to again and again.

Yogi Squat (44 minutes)


This power flow hits core and lower body hard!  You’ll incorporate some new moves that fire up small muscles that can sometimes get overlooked, but have a serious impact.  Plus, the cool down for this one feels extra nice.

Crescent (30 minutes)


Jump right into this lower-body centered power flow!  There is a really lovely warm-up sequence to get your body and mind prepped for this practice and then we are off and running.  You’ll get your heart rate up, strengthen your lower-body, and definitely activate your core throughout this flow.

Dancer (56 minutes)


This fast-paced flow focuses on lots of strengthening poses. You’ll stretch out the quads and chest, while building heat throughout the core.  Use this whenever you are looking to challenge yourself and feel extra strong in your body.

Crescent (20 minutes)


All you need is 20 minutes to get your lower body completely fired up! This fun flow is full of low body stretches and strengthening moves that will leave you feeling so strong after this practice. (Bonus: there is a spot-on Will Ferrell reference in this flow– which is really all you need in any yoga practice, am I right?)

Yogi Squat (21 minutes)


Strengthen your lower body and core with this quick power flow.  This practice balances cardio and strength-building, while still giving your body some nice, deep stretches.  If you want to move your body and get a sweat going, but don’t have much time: this flow is perfect for you.  (Bonus: Teton starts the practice with us!... although he doesn’t break much of a sweat)

Upper-body (20 minutes)


This practice gets right to the point, building strength in your upper body.  Take just 20 minutes to fire up your shoulders, arms, and core!  The flow is challenging, but is a phenomenal way to appreciate just how strong you are and continue to build on that strength.

Get your day rolling with some movement! And this flow certainly has plenty of movement to help you break a sweat.  Strengthen your core, back, and glutes with this practice.

Get ready to fly like an eagle in this practice.  We will build strength in the core and arms, while still reaping all of the benefits that come from eagle pose-- stretching out hips and relieving tension in the upper back.  Can it get any better than that?

Short and sweaty is the only way to describe this practice! This flow works on building strength and incorporating cardio for a nicely balanced practice. It will leave you absolutely glowing.
