I knew I needed to change my "pound the pavement" running workout, but I was skeptical that yoga wouldn't give me the same results. I subscribed to Radiate Practice and I can honestly say it was life changing! Sydney's classes have not only given me the results I was looking for in my physical health but I did not realize the effect they would have on my mental health. Sydney's classes encompass the physical challenge I crave along with the positive energy and mindset that I want to incorporate into my daily life!

Sydney puts together terrific classes. They are beautifully sequenced and paced. I really appreciate how she allows her personality, sense of humor, and personal comments to weave through in a way that doesn't seem forced or over-the-top. She's a natural teacher and I'm thankful for this yoga practice.
